as each piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

each order is carefully inspected before shipping. if your item arrives damaged or with an issue, please contact hello@zwaazo.com within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make sure it’s resolved. items reported as damaged must be unused and in their original condition.
